- Start & End of Rental: The rental period begins when you take possession of the equipment and ends when it is returned to our facility. Billing is based on the time between pick-up and return.
- Single-shift Usage & Overtime: Our rental rates are based on standard single-shift use. For equipment with hour meters, that means up to eight hours of operation per day or 40 hours per week. If a machine is used longer than that, we simply adjust the rental rate to reflect the extra time.
- Holiday Returns: We are closed on New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Equipment taken out the day before a holiday should be returned the next business day by 8 a.m. and will be billed as a one-day rental.
- Delivery Coverage: We provide delivery and pickup throughout Mt. Washington.
